The Life conference is the third in a series of student conferences held annually in Oslo. Even though the majority of participants come from Norway, both the previous years we have had a good representation from various countries in Europe. In that sense it is an international conference, explaining why most of the lectures and programs are in English. Our aim is to have a high academic level addressing relevant issues in the university setting, at the same time as it should be spiritually challenging. For the OSC 2008 we have chosen a more interdisciplinary approach than previously, with lecturers from different fields, in order to get the topic addressed from more various angles.
